I am an Independent Carpet Inspector covering the whole of New Zealand. I provide an on site service inspecting and testing carpets in response to claims of manufacturing faults and mistakes, negligence in carpet installation or maintenance, concerns arising from carpet cleaning or general claims for replacement.

I inspect carpets fitted in private homes, commercial properties, offices and hotels and on behalf of suppliers, manufacturers, loss adjusters, developers, contractors and insurance companies.

I have ten years experience in the carpet and flooring trade primarily cleaning and restoring carpets, but also with a strong focus on re installation of uplifted carpet,  and repairs to damaged carpets. Prior to this, I have 6 years in the building industry having completed my trade as a builder/joiner in Queensland Australia.

As an Independent Carpet Inspector, I am registered and approved by the Woolsafe Organisation, a world wide accreditation programme for carpet and upholstery maintenance and for professional carpet and upholstery cleaning companies.
